DESIGN
We provide a full range of design services:

• conceptual design sketches, elevations, material selection
• design development and preliminary cost estimate
• final design
• submittal for approval, as necessary, by local town and county regulatory agencies

We can design for drought tolerance, coastal conditions, and the presence of deer. We have expertise using both Mediterranean and California native plants.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Construction documents vary depending on the scale of the job. Smaller properties will have simpler drawing packages. On larger jobs, they are complete landscape architectural plans consisting of grading, drainage, layout, planting, lighting, and irrigation plans. Construction details are provided for hardscaping, walls, and outdoor structures.

CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION/MAINTENANCE
We work with the client to select a landscape contractor and provide oversight during construction. We can also develop a maintenance schedule to insure the health and longevity of plantings and hardscape.
