The clients’ love of horticulture generated a series of lively garden rooms around the large existing house on a flat acre in Menlo Park.  A guest house and pool house had been recently added, and needed integration into the property. The colorful gardens feature ‘spikey and soft’ contrasts, with upright plants rising from grasses and low blooming shrubs.
